Delivery and Rates

New Zealand orders We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, at the most reasonable cost. Products will be delivered to your door via NZ Post. Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached its destination. Freight within NZ is included at check-out, any variances to this will be dealt with in accordance with general terms and conditions. NZ orders usually deliver within 1-3 working days if your item is in stock.

International orderswill be required to pay additional delivery costs and will require a request for a custom freight fee apart from smaller orders from Australia. Please be aware that you are responsible for ensuring your order complies with local customs regulations (in particular any liquids or medicated products). Widesmile.co.nz will accept overseas orders at our discretion. This is so we abide by customs regulations and so you the customer knows the full cost of purchase prior to dispatch. You will have the choice of International economy rates - non-urgent worldwide delivery when cost is more important than speed, or International Air - prompt worldwide delivery to over 220 destinations. Variance in delivery method, fee payable due to size, value or destination, you will be notified of this before the order is dispatched. Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached destination. We aim to deliver overseas within 1-2 weeks if your item is in stock.

General

Dispatch Notification: We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. If there is any variance in the delivery method or fee payable due to size or value of the order, you will be notified of this before the order is dispatched. If there is any likely delay in obtaining non-stock items you will be notified as soon as possible via email. By purchasing from Widesmile.co.nz you agree to email updates from which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.

Returns

In the event that any product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours. If you are dissatisfied with any products, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you don't like a particular flavour. All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Widesmile.co.nz at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant a refund. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We will ensure your details and personal information held at Widesmile.co.nz are safe, we never sell, trade or give the personal information you supply to us to anyone!! Ordering and credit card payment security is delivered by PayPal via their secure international payment system. If for any reason you do not feel safe using your credit card please feel free to use our Cheque or Direct payment options.
